Machine Operation/ Description
- Semi-Auto Mode: (Foot Switch Triggered Speed Ajdustable Head Movement CYCLE)
- Pick up the filled bottles by Abbaxworld's SLVRF.EA.8.S.V2® (filling machine) from Abbaxworld's SPC.E.35.V1® (packing conveyor)
- Place the bottle between the 'V' (for round & square bottles) or individual two side support type (for any shape of bottles) guide provided on the platform and press the foot switch
- The fitting head would move down and swiftly push fit the collar and the head goes back to its home position
Auto Mode: (Auto speed adjustable continuous Head Movement CYCLE)
- Pick up the filled bottles by Abbaxworld's SLVRF.EA.8.S.V2® (filling machine) from Abbaxworld's SPC.E.35.V1® (packing conveyor)
- Place the bottle between the 'V' (for round & square bottles) or individual two side support type (for any shape of bottles) guide provided on the platform and press the foot switch
- The fitting head would move down and swiftly push fit the collar and automatically go back to its home position. Remove the bottle place it on the packing conveyor
- Take the next bottle and repeat the process. The head keeps oscillating between up & down movement continuously without any operator intervention
